摘    要:目的观察女性生殖道鳞状上皮病变的HPV表达与意义。方法应用原位杂交技术对186例女性生殖道鳞状上皮病变组织进行HPV611、HPV1618和HPV3133定型检测。结果尖锐湿疣HPV611的阳性表达占96.4%,宫颈上皮内瘤变1级(CIN1)中HPV611与HPV1618阳性表达分别为47.6%和50%,HPV检测多项阳性病例占17.1%。结论CIN1中存在高危型HPV感染病例,混合性HPV感染在CIN中不少见。

Abstract:Objective To observe HPV expression and its significance in squamous cell lesions of female genital tract. Methods HPV6/11, HPV16/18 and HPV31/33 were detected by in situ hybridization techniques in 186 cases of squamous cell lesions of female genital tract. Results The positive expression of the HPV6/11 in the condyloma was 96^4%. Of the CIN1, 47^6% were positive for HPV6/11 and 50% were positive for HPV16/18 respectively. Two or more types of HPV were found in 17^1% of the cases. Conclusion Some cases with high_risk HPV infection exist in CIN1, and cases of HPV infections with more than one type is not rare.
