| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨WWOX、P53在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色方法（SP法）检测95例卵巢上皮性肿瘤，10例正常卵巢组织中WWOX、P53的表达情况。结果：WWOX和P53在卵巢癌组织中呈高表达，与卵巢癌的临床分期、病理分级、组织类型和淋巴结转移有关，二者呈正相关。结论：WWOX和P53联合检测可作为卵巢癌预后的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of WWOX,P53 protein in epithelial ovarian tumor and its clin-icopathologic significance. Methods :The expression of WWOX,P53 in 95 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor,and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry methods and their clinicopathologic significance were analyzed. Results :WWOX,P53 protein were overexpressed in ovarian carcinoma,the expression was associated with clin-ical stages,lymphnode metastasis and pathologic grades(P<:0.05) There was a positive correlation between the expres-sion of P53 and WWOX (P<0.05). Conclusions:WWOX and P53 protein may be a significant prognostic parameter in ovarian carcinoma. |
