| 摘 要： | 目的 观测趋化因子间质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)和CXCR4肿瘤中的分布特点及其与血管生成的关系.方法 间接免疫荧光双标记胶质瘤组织中的SDF-1、CXCR4、CD34蛋白,应用激光共聚焦扫描显微术观测30例不同病理分级的星形细胞肿瘤.结果 SDF-1和CXCR4表达随着肿瘤级别的增高而增强.主要分布于血管内皮细胞、肿瘤间质,在血管周围的表达量最强.结论 SDF-1、CXCR4的表达强度与肿瘤分级相关.肿瘤血管周围荧光最强,表明其在肿瘤血管生成中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression and distribution of stroma cell derived factor-1(SDF-1) and CXCR4 in astrocytoma and to investigate the relationship between grades and angiogenesis.Methods Immunofluorescence double labeling was resorted to tract SDF-1,CXCR4 and CD34,confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to observe the different pathologic grades in 30 cases of astrocytoma.Results The expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 became higher with astrocytoma grade increase.Both were expressed in membrane and the cytoplasm of vascular endothelial cells and tumor cell.Conclution The expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in astrocytoma is related to the grade of tumor.The fluorescence intensity surrounding peripheral vascular of tumor is the strongest.It suggests that SDF-1 and CXCR4 play an important role in the glioma angiogenesis. |
