| Abstract: | We report a case of a 60-year-old Saudi woman who developed tracheoesophageal fistula and fatal pulmonary infection secondary to thoracic actinomycosis. The cause, clinical presentation, radiological features and treatment of thoracic actinomycosis are discussed. |
