多穗柯总黄酮的降糖作用

目的探讨广西野生多穗柯的血糖调节作用，为开发广西多穗柯资源奠定基础。方法用甲醇-正丁醇提取，柱层析分离制备多穗柯总黄酮；用链脲菌素或四氧嘧啶诱发高血糖大小鼠模型，测定多穗柯总黄酮灌胃给药后模型动物的空腹血糖和葡萄糖耐量。结果多穗柯总黄酮显著降低高血糖模型大鼠和小鼠的空腹血糖，显著提高模型大鼠和小鼠的葡萄糖耐量。结论多穗柯总黄酮具有改善链脲菌素或四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖和糖耐量作用。

Hypoglycemic actions of flavanoids from lithocarpus litseifolius

Objective To explore the hypoglycemic actions of flavanoids from Lithsearpus litseifulius（FLL） for future development of the natural resources in Guangxi province. Methods FLL was prepared by extraction with MeOH-Butanol followed by column chromatography ;Models of hyperglycemia induced by streptozocin or alloxan in rats or mice were used,and the serum glucose level in the fasted animals and glucose toler- ance were determined following intra-gastric administration of the flavanoids. Results Decreased serum glucose level in the fasted rats and mice with hyperglycemia significantly and significantly enhanced glucose tolerance of the animals following administration of FLL were found in this stud- y. Conclusion FLL can improve the serum glucose level and glucose tolerance in streptozocin or alloxan-induced hyperglycemia in rats and mice.
