二氧化氯空气消毒器的研制及其杀菌效果观察

目的研究二氧化氯空气消毒器,观察其对空气消毒效果。方法用自然沉降法采样和细菌检测方法对该消毒器现场消毒效果进行了观察。结果该消毒器内可定量装入二氧化氯反应液,向空间挥发出二氧化氯气体。用该消毒器向室内空气中挥发二氧化氯10 mg/m3,作用30 min,对空气中自然菌消除率为83.17%。空气中二氧化氯为20 mg/m3,作用30 min,对室内空气中消除率为90.15%,达到消毒合格要求。结论该二氧化氯空气消毒器可定量挥发出二氧化氯气体,对室内空气中自然菌具有良好的杀灭效果。

DEVELOPMENT OF A CHLORINE DIOXIDE AIR STERILIZER AND OBSERVATION ON ITS BACTERICIDAL EFFICACY

Objective To develop a ClO2 air sterilizer and observe its air disinfection effect.Methods Sedimentation method and bacteria detection were used to monitor the on-site bactericidal effect.Results Reaction solution of chlorine dioxide was loaded in the air sterilizer quantitatively and chlorine dioxide gas could be volatilized to the space when the sterilizer was open.The average killing rate of natural bacteria in the air exposed to 10 mg/m3 chlorine dioxide volatilized by the sterilizer for 30 minutes was 83.17% when the concentration of chlorine dioxide was 20 mg/m3,and action time was 30 minutes,the killing rate of natural bacteria in the air was 90.15%,which achieved qualified standard.Conclusion ClO2 air sterilizer can volatilize chlorine dioxide gas quantitatively and has good bactericidal effect aginst the natural bacteria in air.
