三维牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症490例疗效观察

目的:观察三维多功能牵引配合推拿、药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将951例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,治疗组490例采用三维多功能牵引配合推拿、药物治疗;对照组461用平板牵引配合推拿治疗。结果:治愈率治疗组为64.9%,对照组为40.5%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维多功能牵引配合推拿、药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,且简便易行,无创伤,无明显并发症及后遗症,明显提高了治愈率,值得推广应用。

Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc by Three- Dimensional Traction Associated with Massage Therapy:A Clinical Observation of 490 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of three -dimensional traction (TDT) associated with massage and medicinaltherapy for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (PLID). Methods:951 cases of PLID were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treat-ment group (490 cases) was treated by TDT. associated with mas-sage and medicinal therapy; the control group (461 cases) by plat-ing traction associated with massage therapy. Results: The cured ratewas 64. 9% in treatment group and 40. 5% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: TDT multiple functional traction associated withmassage and medicinal therapy possesses definite curative effect forPLID and the manipulation is simple without trauma nor obviouscomplication and sequela. It enhances the cured rate and is worthyfor popularization.
