PVP术中靶点定位与联合间径的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨苍白球腹后部毁损术治疗帕金森氏病靶点定位的规律。方法:选择手术效果满意同时无脑器质性病变的33例进行研究,在核磁操作台上准确测量AC-PC线的长度,以及靶点旁开AC-PC线的距离(X)。分别对联合间径(ICL)的长度与X之间、年龄与ICL之间相关性进行研究。结果:33例原发PD病人手术效果满意,UPDRS评分改善率大于35%。结论:ICL的长度与靶点旁开AC-PC线的距离有直线正相关关系

Abstract:Objective: To explore localizating method of posteroventral pallidotomy in order to cure Parkinson's disease and study the regular pattern of intercommissure lines (ICL). Methods: 33 patients who underwent PVP for Parkinson's disease was selected. Targeting was aided by anatomic coordinates derived from the MRI, intraoperative cell recording and electrical stimulation prior to lesioning. The length of ICL and target coordinations were measured in workstation of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Relationship between ICL and target coordinations(X) were analysed. In addition, AC-PC lines were studied in different ages and sexes. Results:Thirty three patients who underwent PVP for Parkinson's disease hed excellent results.The change rate of the whole scale of UPDRS are more than 35%.Conclusions: Distance of target lateral to the AC-PC line(X) correlated with the length of ICL. The results demonstrate that the length of ICL between men and women has no difference (P> 0.05 ). The length of AC-PC lines has no correlation with age in adult.
