| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨磁共振弥散成像对脑梗死的应用价值。方法 对 60例脑梗死患者行磁共振常规及弥散成像。结果 早期脑梗死DWI显示优于常规MRI,急性、亚急性和慢性脑梗死病灶在磁共振弥散加权图像的表现各有特点 ,ADC呈规律性变化。结论 合理的应用磁共振弥散成像可提高脑梗死的诊断准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of diffusion-weighed imaging in infarction. Methods DWI or ADC-map and routine T1WI and T2WI were performed in 90 brain infarction.Results All patients with acute infarction showed more marked signal intensity in DWI than in routine T1WI and T2WI. There are personal features in acute infarction, subactue infarction and chronic infarction. ADC changes regularly.Conclusion Application of diffusion-weighted imaging may improve accuracy of diagnosis of brain infarction. |
