| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄低位直肠癌保肛手术的适应症及疗效。方法回顾性分析38例高龄低位直肠癌保肛手术。结果高龄低位直肠癌保肛手术成功率较其它年龄组无差异,其中Dixon手术25例,Parks手术8例,Bacon手术5例。术后排便功能良好,无围手术期死亡。吻合口瘘3例(8%)一年内局部复发5例(16%)无手术死亡病例。结论高龄低位直肠癌病人只要身体条件允许,选择合适的保肛手术并不增加术后并发症的发生,有效提高了病人的生存质量。
