1838例泌尿生殖道支原体的检测及对12种抗菌药物的耐药性分析

目的了解本院解脲支原体（UU）和人型支原体（MH）对12种抗菌药物耐药情况,为临床选药治疗支原体感染提供参考。方法收集本院2007年1月至2009年12月性病门诊疑似非淋球性尿道炎的初诊患者的尿道拭子、宫颈拭子和前列腺液标本,采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒检测。统计分析确诊的1 838例支原体阳性患者对12种抗菌药物的耐药结果。结果 1 838例支原体阳性患者,年龄在7～72岁,平均年龄32.7岁。男816例,女1 022例,女性阳性率（55.60%）高于男性（44.40%）;UU对交沙霉素（3.44%）、克拉霉素（9.64%）、米诺环素（14.65%）、多西环素（17.8%）耐药率低;MH对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高;UU＋MH混合感染对交沙霉素（20.41%）、多西环素（27.46%）和米诺环素（20.78%）耐药率较低。结论本院治疗支原体感染首选交沙霉素、多西环素和米诺环素;红霉素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星暂停使用。

12 antibacterial resistance of 1838 cases of mycoplasma from secretion of gonopore

Objective To know the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum（UU）and mycoplasma hominis（MH）in our hospital and their antibacterial resistance for rational drug use.Methods The culture and identification of mycoplasma and one Com-plex Mycoplasma Kit were adopted to determine the urethral swabs,cervical swab and succus prostaticus sample,which were collected from patients preliminarily diagnosed with suspected nongonococcal urethritis（NGU）in sexually transmited disease（STD）clinic of our hospital from 2007to 2009.The drug resistance of 1 838diagnosed mycoplasma patients to 12antibacteri-als was statistically analysed.Results Among the 1 838patients,the ages were between 7to 72and the average age was 32.70,with 816males and 1 022females.The positive rate of females（55.60%）was higher than males（44.40%）.UU had low resistance rate to josamycin（3.44%）,clarithromycin（9.64%）,minocycline（14.65%）and doxycycline（17.8%）;MH had high sensitivity to 12antibacterials.UU＋MH also had low resistance rate to josamycin（20.41%）,doxycycline（27.46%）and minocycline（20.78%）.Conclusion Josamycin,doxycycline,and minocycline are the preferred drugs.Erythrocin,ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin are suspended for mycoplasmal infection.
