| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜行胆总管结石治疗的操作体会.方法 回顾分析我院201 1年6月～ 2013年6月18例腹腔镜下辅助胆道镜行胆总管切开取石的临床资料.结果 18例患者中有一例因切开胆总管时出血不止而被迫中转手术;一例因腹腔粘连较重,腔镜下无法操作而被迫中转手术,其余16例均恢复良好,痊愈出院.结论 具有扎实的腹腔镜操作经验,选择合适的病例,腹腔镜联合胆道镜实施胆总管探查取石是安全的、有效的.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the experience of Lapuroscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment of choledocholithiasis.Method Reviewing the clinical data in our hospital from June,2011 to June 2013,16 cases out 18 were cured with good recovering,under the assisting choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy and T tube placement.One patient was forced to transfer operation due to the common bile duct incision bleeding and one case of abdominal cavity adhesion heavier,endoscopic cannot operate and forced to transfer operation.Conclusion The solid laparoscopic operation experience is safe and effective,selecting the appropriate cases,laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment of bile duct calculi |
