甘利欣对慢性乙型肝炎患者AFP的影响

目的：观察甘利欣对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清AFP的影响，方法：对慢性乙型肝炎伴AFP异常患者64例，随机分为两组，治疗组34例，应用甘利欣治疗；对照组30例，用极化液治疗，疗程均为4周，血清AFP用放射免疫（双抗体）法测定。结果：治疗组治疗后血清AFP水平明显低于治疗前（P＜0．01），对照组血清AFP水平下降不明显（P＞0．05），两组血清ALT均明显下降（P＜0．01），治疗组与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：甘利欣不但有明显抗炎，促进肝功能恢复，抗肝纤维化作用，还能使血清AFP明显下降。

The Effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on Alpha-Fetoprotein of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objetive:To investigate the effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on AFP of pationts with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:64 cases of chronic hepatitis B with high AFP levels were divided randonly into two groups:34 cases were treated by Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate (treatment group)and another 30 cases were treated by intensified solution (control gioup).The therapy course was 4 weeks.Serum AFP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay (double antibody).Results:Serum levels of AFP in treatment group decreased significantly after the treatment ( P <0.01).However,no significant difference of serum levels of AFP in control group was found ( P >0.05).ALT levels in the two groups decreased significantly( P <0.01).The difference of ALT levles between the two groups was also found( P <0 01).Conclusion:Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate has the strong antiinflammation,antifibrosis action and can also promote the recovery of liver function,decrease serum AFP levels.
