摘    要:抑郁是一种常见的情感性精神障碍,具有高发病率、高致残率、高复发率的特点。抑郁的发病机制复杂,涉及生物、心理、社会等多方面因素,其中环境因素在抑郁发生中占重要比例,可对抑郁患者大脑结构和功能的可塑性产生双面影响。丰富环境是提供运动、感觉与社会交流等良性刺激的一种特殊干预手段,能够改善异常的躯体与精神症状,对精神障碍如抑郁症的恢复具有积极作用。本文总结了近些年来关于丰富环境改善抑郁的基础与临床研究,以期为今后的研究应用提供新的思路。

Abstract:Depression is a common affective disorder characterized by high incidence,high disability rate and high recurrence rate.The pathogenesis of depression is complex,involving biological,psychological,social and other factors,among which environmental factors account for an important proportion of depression.Environmental factors can have a double-sided effect on the plasticity of brain structure and function in patients with depression.Environmental enrichment is a special intervention to provide benign stimuli such as exercise,sensation and social communication,which can improve abnormal physical and mental symptoms and play a positive role in the recovery of mental disorders such as depression.This article summarizes the basic and clinical research on enriching environmental therapy for depression in recent years,in order to provide new ideas for future research and application.
