硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果观察

目的 探讨硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 150例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为两组各75例，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予强的松治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎性因子及肺功能。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为98.67%，高于对照组的88.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后，研究组的IL-2水平高于对照组，IL-17水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后，研究组的FEV₁、 FVC、 FEV₁/FVC均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘效果显著，可有效改善患儿的炎性因子水平与肺功能。

Observation on the Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Budesonide Suspension in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 150 cases of children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone on the basis of routine therapy,and the study group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.67%,higher than 88.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-2 level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the IL-17 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV₁, FVC and FEV₁/FVC of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma has significant effect,which can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function of children.
