新冠肺炎疫情期间社区精神卫生防治人员自我效能感及与焦虑抑郁的关系

目的:调查新冠肺炎疫情期间社区精神卫生防治人员一般自我效能及与焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关性。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,应用问卷星在本市社区精防人员中进行调查,包括一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)及抑郁、焦虑量表。结果:共收集699份有效问卷,GSES条目均分为2.63±0.65,抑郁发生率18.7%,焦虑发生率10.0%,一般自我效能与抑郁(r=-0.268,P=0.000)、焦虑(r=-0.236,P=0.000)呈负相关。结论:新冠肺炎疫情期间社区精防人员一般自我效能感偏低,与焦虑抑郁情绪的发生密切相关。

Self-efficacy among Community Mental Health Workers During COVID-19 Outbreak and Its Relationship with Anxiety and Depression

Objective:To investigate the relationship between general self-efficacy and depression,anxiety of community preventive workers during COVID-19 outbreak.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the community mental health workers from March 2 nd to 6 th in www.wjx.cn.The questionnaires included general information,general self-efficacy(GSES),depression and anxiety(PHQ-9 and GAD-7).Results:699 valid questionnaires were collected.The total GSES entries was 2.63±0.65.The incidence of depression was 18.7%and of anxiety was 10.0%.General self-efficacy was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.268,P=0.000)and anxiety(r=-0.236,P=0.000).Conclusion:The general self-efficacy of community mental health workers is low and is negatively correlated with anxiety and depression during COVID-19 outbreak.
