强化呼吸道护理联合延续性护理对重度COPD患者肺功能和生活质量的影响

目的探讨强化呼吸道护理联合延续性护理对重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法82例重度COPD患者随机分为观察组(强化呼吸道护理+延续性护理)与对照组(常规护理)，比较两组的肺功能、临床症状、生活质量以及CHE、Scr水平。结果干预后，观察组的FEV₁、MMEF、FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，观察组的SGRQ评分、Scr水平均低于对照组，SF-36评分、CHE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化呼吸道护理联合延续性护理可改善重度COPD患者的肺功能，提升生活质量，可能与调节CHE、Scr水平有关。

Impact of Intensive Respiratory Nursing Combined with Continuous Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Severe COPD

Objective To explore the impact of intensive respiratory nursing combined with continuous nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with severe COPD were randomly divided into the observation group(intensive respiratory nursing+continuous nursing)and the control group(routine nursing),and the lung function,clinical symptoms,quality of life,and levels of CHE and Scr were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,FEV₁,MMEF and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SGRQ score and Scr level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SF-36 score and CHE level were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive respiratory nursing combined with continuous nursing can improve pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with severe COPD,which may be related to regulating CHE and Scr levels.
