培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗对晚期肺腺癌患者癌胚抗原及毒副反应的影响

目的 探讨培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌患者的临床效果。方法 62例晚期肺腺癌患者随机分为两组各31例，对照组采用多西他赛联合顺铂治疗，实验组采用培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、血清癌胚抗原（CEA）水平以及毒副反应。结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为80.65%，显著高于对照组的48.39%(P <0.05)。治疗后，实验组的血清CEA水平显著低于对照组（P <0.05）。实验组化疗期间各项毒副反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果显著，可有效降低患者血清CEA水平，且毒副反应发生率低。

Impact of Pemetrexed Disodium Combined with Cisplatin Treatment on Carcinoembryonic Antigen and adverse Reactions in Patients with Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 62 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin,and the experimental group was treated with pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin.The clinical efficacy,serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level and toxic side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.65%,significantly higher than 48.39%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CEA level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of various toxic side effects during chemotherapy of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma has significant effect and low incidence of toxic side effects,and can effectively reduce the serum CEA level of patients.
