加强手术配合能力培训与手术患者安全管理对提高手术室护理质量的影响

目的 探讨加强手术配合能力培训与手术患者安全管理对提高手术室护理质量的影响。方法 选取43例行常规手术室护理的患者为对照组，43例在对照组基础上行加强手术配合能力培训与手术患者安全管理的患者为观察组，比较两组的手术室护理质量与护理满意度。结果 观察组的手术室护理质量各项评分及总分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 加强手术配合能力培训与手术患者安全管理可有效提高手术室护理质量，提高患者的护理满意度。

Impact of Strengthening Surgical Cooperation Training and Surgical Patient Safety Management on Improving Nursing Quality in Operation Room

Objective To explore the impact of strengthening surgical cooperation training and surgical patient safety management on improving nursing quality in operation room.Methods 43 patients with routine operation room nursing were selected as the control group,and 43 patients with strengthening surgical cooperation training and surgical patient safety management on the basis of the control group were selected as the observation group.The nursing quality in operation room and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The item scores and total score of nursing quality in operation room,and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening surgical cooperation training and surgical patient safety management can effectively improve the nursing quality in operation room,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
