慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理能力现状及影响因素分析

目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的自我管理能力现状，分析其相关影响因素。方法 选择2019年9月至2020年8月在我院接受治疗的200例CHF患者作为研究对象，入院时均采用心力衰竭病人自我管理量表进行自我管理能力评估，统计患者的一般资料，分析患者自我管理能力的影响因素。结果 200例CHF患者的自我管理能力评分为（49.94±4.51）分。线性回归分析结果显示，学历低、 NYHA分级高、无配偶、月收入低是导致CHF患者自我管理能力较差的影响因素（P <0.05）。结论 CHF患者的自我管理能力现状不够理想，学历低、 NYHA分级高、无配偶、月收入低是CHF患者自我管理能力较差的影响因素，临床应根据患者具体情况制定针对性的自我管理指导方案。

Analysis on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Self-Management Ability in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To explore the status quo of self-management ability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF), and analyze its related influencing factors. Methods 200 patients with CHF who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research objects. Patients were evaluated by Heart Failure Patient Self-Management Scale at admission, the general data of patients were collected, and the influencing factors of patients’ self-management ability were analyzed. Results The self-management ability score of200 CHF patients was(49.94 ± 4.51) points. The result of Linear regression analysis showed that low academic qualification, high NYHA classification, spouselessness, and low monthly income were the influencing factors of poor self-management ability of CHF patients(P <0.05).Conclusions The status quo of CHF patients’ self-management ability is not ideal. Low academic qualification, high NYHA classification,spouselessness, and low monthly income are the influencing factors of poor self-management ability of CHF patients. Targeted selfmanagement guidance program should be formulated according to the specific conditions of patients in clinic.
