| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨以微信平台为基础的延续性护理在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的临床效果。方法 102例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组各51例，对照组给予常规延续性护理，观察组给予以微信平台为基础的延续性护理，比较两组的精细运动功能及粗大运动功能。结果 观察组干预1个月、 3个月后的视觉运动综合能力评分、抓握能力评分、 GMFM评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 以微信平台为基础的延续性护理应用于小儿脑瘫康复护理中的效果显著，可提高患儿的运动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 102 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform.The fine motor function and gross motor function were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the visual motor comprehensive ability scores,grasping ability scores and GMFM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform applied in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy has significant effect,and can improve their motor ability. |
