丙戊酸镁联合哌罗匹隆治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果研究

目的 探讨丙戊酸镁联合哌罗匹隆治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果。方法 选择2018年3月至2020年3月我院收治的98例难治性精神分裂症患者，随机分为两组各49例。观察组给予丙戊酸镁联合哌罗匹隆治疗，对照组给予丙戊酸镁治疗，连续治疗6周。比较两组治疗前后的PANSS评分、神经营养因子水平以及不良反应。结果 治疗6周后，两组的PANSS评分均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组的PANSS评分均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗6周后，两组的GDNF、 BDNF水平均较治疗前显著提高，且观察组的GDNF、 BDNF水平均显著高于对照组（P <0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 丙戊酸镁联合哌罗匹隆治疗难治性精神分裂症可改善患者的精神症状，提升血清神经营养因子水平，且安全性较高。

Study on the Effect of Magnesium Valproate Combined with Perospirone in the Treatment of Refractory Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of magnesium valproate combined with perospirone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods 98 patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with magnesium valproate combined with perospirone,and the control group was treated with magnesium valproate.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks continuously.The PANSS scores,levels of neurotrophic factors before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the PANSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the PANSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of GDNF and BDNF of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of GDNF and BDNF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions Magnesium valproate combined with perospirone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia can improve patients'mental symptoms,increase the level of serum neurotrophic factors,and has high safety.
