Impact of Hemodialysis Combined with Peritoneal Dialysis on Cardiac Function and Nutritional Status of Uremic Patients

Objective To explore the impact of hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis on cardiac function and nutritional status of uremic patients.Methods 98 cases of uremic patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with peritoneal dialysis,while the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis.The cardiac function and nutritional status before and after treatment,and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LVEF,Hb content and Alb content in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.16%,significantly lower than 24.49%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of uremia has significant effect,which can effectively improve the cardiac function and nutritional status of patients,with low incidence of complications.
