| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基于健康信念的护理干预联合正念减压法对全髋关节置换术后患者希望水平及心理弹性的影响。方法130例全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受基于健康信念的护理干预联合正念减压法,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的希望水平、心理弹性评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于健康信念的护理干预联合正念减压法能有效提升全髋关节置换术后患者的希望水平以及心理弹性,促进康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of health belief-based nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression on hope level and psychological resilience of patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods 130 patients after total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the study group received health belief-based nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of hope level and psychological resilience in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health belief-based nursing intervention combined with mindfulness decompression can effectively improve the hope level and psychological resilience of patients after total hip arthroplasty,and promote rehabilitation. |
