心理护理干预对耳鼻喉科局部麻醉患者术前焦虑情绪及临床症状的影响研究

目的 探讨心理护理干预对耳鼻喉科局部麻醉患者术前焦虑情绪及临床症状的影响。方法 100例耳鼻喉科局部麻醉患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预，比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后，观察组的SAS评分、收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 心理护理干预应用于耳鼻喉科局部麻醉患者，可以有效缓解其术前焦虑情绪，保持术中生命体征平稳，提高护理满意度。

Study on the Impact of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Preoperative Anxiety Emotion and Clinical Symptoms of Patients with Local Anesthesia in Otorhinolaryngology Department

Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety emotion and clinical symptoms of patients with local anesthesia in otorhinolaryngology department.Methods A total of 100 patients with local anesthesia in otorhinolaryn gology department were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention applied in patients with local anesthesia in otorhinolaryngology department can effectively relieve their preoperative anxiety emotion,maintain stable vital signs during surgery,and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
