Impact of Meticulous Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions and Coordination Degree of Patients with Digestive Endoscopy Examination

Objective To explore the impact of meticulous nursing intervention on negative emotions and coordination degree of patients with digestive endoscopy examination.Methods 100 patients with digestive endoscopy examination were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the observation group received meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,examination coordination degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of active cooperation in the observation group was 76.00%,significantly higher than 52.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meticulous nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with digestive endoscopy examination,improve the coordination degree and reduce the incidence risk of adverse reactions.
