基于CiteSpace的重症肌无力研究文献可视化分析

目的 采用文献计量学方法分析国内外重症肌无力（MG）研究热点，为MG相关研究提供参考。方法 计算机检索Web of Science(WOS)核心集和中国知识资源总库（CNKI）建库至2020年12月31日收录的MG相关研究文献。采用Cite Space5.7.R2软件对纳入文献的国家、机构、作者、关键词及文献共被引情况等数据进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选，共纳入1960-2020年文献11 140篇，其中WOS 3 546篇、CNKI7 594篇，包含中医药研究文献1 077篇、西医药研究文献6 596篇。国内外MG研究总体呈上升趋势，研究国家以中、美、日为主，研究机构以高校及其附属医院为主，研究者多以小组方式进行研究。目前较活跃的高频被引关键词聚类为临床特征、眼肌型重症肌无力和全身型重症肌无力等。中医药研究各阶段主题较集中；西医药研究热点更替较快，研究热点较集中于治疗和护理等。补中益气汤、生活质量、护理、中西医结合、预后因素等方向为研究热点。结论 MG护理和预后因素为近年来研究热点。国内外西医药研究的关键词大体相同，国内中医药研究侧重于治疗和预后方面，国外在主要研究节点上发展迅速，国内...

Visualization Analysis on Research Literature of Myasthenia Gravis Based on CiteSpace

Objective To use bibliometric methods to analyze the research hotspots of myasthenia gravis(MG)at home and abroad;To provide reference for MG related research.Methods Literature data were collected from the core set of Web of Science(WOS)and CNKI from the establishment of the databases to 31st,December,2020.CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software was used to analyze the data of countries,institutions,authors,keywords and co-citation for visualization analysis.Results After screening,a total of 11140 articles from 1960 to 2020 were included,including 3546 articles in WOS and 7594 articles in CNKI,including 1077 articles on TCM and 6596 articles on Western medicine.There was an overall upward trend in MG research at home and abroad.Research countries were mainly China,the United States,and Japan;research institutions were mainly universities and affiliated hospitals,and researchers mostly conducted research in groups.Currently,the more active and frequently cited keywords were clustered into clinical features,ocular muscle myasthenia gravis and generalized myasthenia gravis.The themes of each stage of the research of TCM were more concentrated;the research hotspots of Western medicine were changing rapidly,and the research hotspots were more concentrated on treatment and nursing.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,quality of life,nursing,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,prognostic factors,etc.were research hotspots.Conclusion Nursing and prognostic factors may be the research focus in recent years.The keywords of domestic Western medicine research and foreign research are roughly the same.Domestic TCM research focuses on treatment and prognosis.Foreign countries develop rapidly in the main research nodes,but the research gap between domestic and foreign is narrowing.
