Application of Deep Muscle Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective To explore the application effect of deep muscle rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 110 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis from February 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected as research objects,and all cases were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing after surgery,while the observation group received deep muscle rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group after surgery.The pain degree(VAS score)and lumbar function(ODI score)before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after surgery,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the ODI scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the ODI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Deep muscle rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain degree of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and improve their lumbar function.
