童年期情感虐待对强迫症患者强迫症状的影响:神经质人格与应激感受的链式中介作用

目的:本文旨在探索儿童期情感虐待对强迫症状严重程度的影响,以及神经质人格和应激感受在其中的链式中介作用。方法:选取128例符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)诊断标准的强迫症患者,采用童年期创伤量表、大五人格量表、应激感受量表和耶鲁-布朗强迫量表进行调查。结果:童年期情感虐待不仅能预测强迫症状严重程度,还能通过神经质人格和应激感受间接影响强迫症状严重程度。中介作用主要包括两条间接路径:一个是应激感受的中介作用,另一个是神经质人格和应激感受的链式中介作用。结论:神经质人格和应激感受在儿童期情感虐待和强迫症状严重程度之间起链式中介的作用。

Effects of Childhood Emotional Abuse on Obsessive-compulsive Symptoms in Patients with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder:A Chain Mediating Model

Objective:This article aimed to explore effects of childhood emotional abuse on obsessive-compulsive symptoms in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorders and the chain mediating effect of personality and perceived stress.Methods:128 cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fouth Edition(DSM-IV)were investigated with the Childhood Trauma Scale,NEO Five-Factor Inventory,Stress Perception Scale and Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Scale.Results:Childhood emotional abuse not only predicted the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,but also indirectly affected the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms through neurotic personality and perceived stress.Two indirect pathways were included:one was the mediation of perceived stress,and the other was the chain mediation of neurotic personality and perceived stress.Conclusion:Neurotic personality and perceived stress played a role as chain mediators between childhood emotional abuse and the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
