危重症专职护理干预在ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

目的 探讨危重症专职护理干预在ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 将2018年3月至2019年2月我院ICU收治的34例重症急性胰腺炎患者纳入对照组，行常规护理干预；另将2019年3月至2020年2月我院ICU收治的34例重症急性胰腺炎患者纳入观察组，行危重症专职护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的腹痛消失时间、低血压消失时间、首次进食时间及ICU住院时间均显著短于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为2.94%，显著低于对照组的17.65%(P <0.05)。结论 危重症专职护理干预可有效缩短ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者的康复时间及ICU住院时间，降低并发症发生率。

Application of Full-Time Nursing Intervention for Critical Illness in ICU Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the application effect of full-time nursing intervention for critical illness in ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 34 ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group, and routine nursing intervention was performed. In addition, 34 ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group, and full-time nursing intervention for critical illness was performed. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain, disappearance time of hypotension, first feeding time and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.94%, significantly lower than 17.65% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Full-time nursing intervention for critical illness can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time and ICU hospitalization time of ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and reduce the incidence of complications.
