微波联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的效果及对患者炎性指标的影响

摘    要:目的探讨微波联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的效果及对患者炎性指标的影响。方法70例慢性宫颈炎患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予微波联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组的疗效、炎性指标水平、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,PCT、CRP及IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微波联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的效果显著,可有效改善患者机体炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of microwave combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis and its impact on patients'inflammatory indicators.Methods 70 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with microwave combined with azithromycin.The efficacy,levels of inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Micro wave combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis has significant effect and high safety,and can effectively improve the inflammatory response of patients.
