Disseminated superficial porokeratosis after rectal cancer surgery:a case report and literature review

Disseminated superficial porokeratosis is a type of porokeratosis.It is a rare chronic progressive dyskeratosis of the skin,which can be seen in both men and women.The disease is autosomal dominant,but there are some sporadic cases.At present,there is no systematic guide for the treatment of DSP,and most of the treatment methods are presented in the form of case reports.The author diagnosed and treated a patient with disseminated superficial porokeratosis after operation for rectal cancer.The patient was given Yunzhi capsule for oral use,fluticasone propionate cream and tretinoin cream for external use for 5 weeks,and the skin lesions were gradually improved.
