| 摘 要： | 目的：观察祛肝脂合剂的抗氧化能力。方法高脂饮食造脂肪肝模型;选用雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、祛肝脂合剂高、低剂量组,于造模第9周给药,4周后处死动物,心脏取血检查转氨酶、血脂、丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）,并取肝组织做病理检查。结果：祛肝脂合剂能降低转氨酶、血脂、MDA;升高SOD、GSH-PX,与模型组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：祛肝脂合剂能减少氧自由基的产生从而减轻肝脏损害,有抗脂肪肝作用。
