健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的通过健康教育提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。方法对社区122名糖尿病患者进行健康教育干预研究,干预周期为6个月,并对其干预前后采用生活质量量表（SF-36量表）进行调查分析。结果干预后患者的生活质量较干预前明显提高。结论糖尿病治疗为综合治疗,不仅依靠药物控制血糖,还应关注患者的饮食、睡眠、心理状况等方面,提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Health Education on Diabetes Quality of Life

Objective Of diabetes through health education intervention to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods 122 diabetic patients in community health education intervention,intervention period of 6 months,and its quality of life questionnaire used before and after intervention(SF-36 scale) investigation and analysis.Results After the intervention the patient′s quality of life significantly improved compared with before intervention.Conclusion For the integrated treatment of diabetes treatment,not only to rely on medications to control blood sugar,should also be concerned about the patient′s diet,sleep,psychological status,enhancing the quality of life of patients and reduce complications.
