妊娠高血压综合征发生子痫的护理分析

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征子痫发生时的急救护理经验,减少产前、分娩期及产后子痫的发生及保证母婴健康。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月—2010年12月发生7例产前子痫、2例分娩期子痫及1例产后子痫的临床资料。结果资料中10例子痫的病人均行剖宫产术,经过及时治疗、精心护理后,胎儿全部成活,无1例孕产妇死亡。结论提高护士的临床护理水平,加强产后子痫的护理及预防措施,对保证母婴健康有着重要意义。

The Emergency Care of Eclampsia in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

Objective To investigate the occurrence of eclampsia pregnancy induced hypertension when the experience of emergency care to reduce the prenatal,childbirth and postpartum eclampsia occurring and ensure maternal and child health.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2005 ~ December 2010 pre-eclampsia occurred in 7 cases,2 cases of childbirth postpartum eclampsia and eclampsia in 1 case the clinical data.Results Information in 10 cases of epilepsy patients underwent cesarean section,after timely treatment,intensive care,the baby all survived,no one case of maternal mortality.Conclusion Raise the level of clinical care nurses preeclampsia,eclampsia postpartum care and to strengthen preventive measures to ensure maternal and child health for deposit of great significance.
