| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD3＋、CD8＋、CD20＋细胞在二乙基亚硝胺（DEN）造模大鼠肝硬化、肝癌、肝癌肺转移3个阶段肝组织中的数量及意义。方法 DEN制备肝硬化、肝癌、肝癌肺转移大鼠模型,免疫组织化学（SP）法进行CD3、CD8、CD20染色,对阳性细胞进行定量分析。结果 CD3＋细胞平均数从高到低为：肝癌组织、肝癌肺转移组织、肝硬化组织、正常肝组织（P〈0.05）;CD8＋细胞平均数从高到低为：正常肝组织、肝硬化组织、肝癌组织,肝癌肺转移（P〈0.05）;CD20＋细胞平均数从高到低为：肝癌组织、肝癌肺转移、肝硬化组织、正常肝组织（P〈0.05）。结论在DEN制备的大鼠模型中,随着肝组织进一步恶化,CD3＋、CD20＋细胞逐渐增多,CD8＋细胞却减少,导致肿瘤微环境免疫状态的紊乱。
