CT对输尿管远端结石的诊断价值

目的探讨螺旋CT扫描对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法对42例确诊为输尿管远端结石患者CT平扫进行回顾性研究,所有病例均经尿道排石证实。结果小结石直径均〈6.0 mm,CT值≥105 Hu,CT确诊率98%（41/42）;35例均发现病侧肾盂及输尿管全程扩张、患肾肿大、肾周脂肪间隙渗出;肾盂未见积水而输尿管末端发现小结石的6例,且结石直径均〈3.0 mm。结论输尿管远端结石直接征象为钙化点样高密度影,螺旋CT除直接显示高密度结石及其部位和大小外,还可显示输尿管梗阻扩张程度等继发征象,具有准确、无创等优点,是目前确诊输尿管远端小结石有效的检查方法。

The application value of CT in diagnosis of ureteral calculus at the distal end of ureters

Objective The diagnostic value for ureteral calculus is to be explored with helical CT scanning by analyzing the cases of ureteral calculus at the distal end of ureters.Methods Forty two cases of ureteral calculus are examined by CT scanning.All the cases have been proved by clinical therapeutic results.Results The CT values of the ureteral calculi less than 6.0 mm in diameter are beyond 105 Hu.The detection rate by CT is 98%.In all the 35 cases,ureters with calculi are found dilated and nephrohydrosis.In 6...
