| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、CA125、CA153联合检测在乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法采用电化学发光法测定50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者与310例乳腺恶性肿瘤患者血清中CEA、CA125、CA153的含量。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤患者血清中CEA、CA125、CA153水平及阳性率都明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤患者,单项指标灵敏度及准确度均不高。结论血清中CEA、CA125、CA153单项或联合检测对诊断早期乳腺恶性肿瘤临床意义不大,但可辅助乳腺癌的病情和疗效的监测。
