1988-2008年湘潭市城区居民死亡原因变化趋势

目的分析湘潭市城区居民1988-2008年死亡原因。方法利用1988、1998和2008年湘潭市城区居民死亡原因监测资料,用死亡率、死因顺位、居民期望寿命等指标评价该市城区居民健康状况。结果自1988年来,湘潭市城区居民死亡率为4.7‰～5.3‰,婴儿死亡率由1988年的25.24‰下降至2008年的1.6‰;心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、呼吸系病、损伤与中毒始终占前5位死因,占总死亡数的比例分别为78.15%、80.66%和86.40%;传染病由第7位下降至第9位,占总死亡数的比例分别为3.30%、2.10%和1.51%,内分泌营养和代谢疾病由第9位上升至第6位,占总死亡之数的比例分别为1.22%、1.51%和3.47%;居民期望寿命上升到79.30岁。结论传染病危害降低,慢性非传染性疾病、损伤与中毒已成为主要的公共卫生问题。

Analysis the Variety Trend of the Death Reason in Xiangtan City from 1988 to 2008

Objective To analysis the causes of death resident in Xiangtan city from 1988 to 2008. Methods Utilize the total surveillance data about the residents death from 1988 to 2008,adopt the index of mortality rate,the reason of the death and the disability-adjusted life expectancy to evaluate the health status of the residents. Results The total death rate of the residents was 4.7‰ to 5.3‰ since 1988,the infant death rate was 25.24‰ in 1988 and descent to 1.6‰ in 2008.The main causes of the death were heart disease,cancer,cerebrovascular disease,respiratory disease and toxication,which was account for 78.15% in 1988,80.66% in 1998 and 86.40% in 2008.Infectious diseases was descent from the seven place to the nine place of all disease and was account for 3.30% in 1988,2.10% in 1998 and 1.51% in 2008.the endocrine disease was risen to the six place from the nine place and was account for 1.22% in 1988,1.51% in 1998 and 3.47% in 2008.the disability-adjusted life expectancy was 79.30 years. Conclusion The hazard of the infectious disease,non-communicable diseases and intoxication are main public health problems.
