摘    要:目的同时分析食品中多种有机溶剂残留。方法顶空气相色谱技术,以毛细管柱(Rtx-225 30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果食品中11种常见有机溶剂残留能同时分析,方法线性范围可达两个数量级(r>0.997),检出限0.2~0.3mg/kg,回收率91%~104%,RSD3.8%~5.5%。结论方法用于食用油等食品中多种有机溶剂残留的同时分离检测,该方法简单、快速、实用性强,且适合国家标准评价,重现性好,结果满意。

Abstract:Objective To simultaneously analyze residual organic solvents in food. Methods Headspace gas chromatography technology,capillary column(Rtx-225 30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) were applied in this study. Results The established method was used to simultaneously determine eleven residual organic solvents in food.The linearity range of the method reached two orders of magnitude(r>0.997).The detection limits were 0.2~0.3 mg/kg.The recovery rate was between 91%~104%,and RSD was 3.8%~5.5%. Conclusions The method could be applied to separate and determine residual organic solvents in food,which is simple,rapid and practical.It fits the national standards for evaluation and has good reproducibility and satisfactory results.
