灌胃给药时粉防己碱对雄性SD大鼠的急性毒性实验研究

目的:观察粉防己碱在灌胃给药时对雄性SD大鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:按倍比稀释法将粉防己碱配制成不同浓度的混悬液。雄性SD大鼠随机分组,分别以不同剂量的粉防己碱灌胃,灌胃后连续观察7d,记录急性毒性反应。采用Bliss几率单位法计算半数致死量。结果:灌胃给药时,粉防己碱对雄性SD大鼠的半数致死量为646mg/kg,其95%平均可信限为504.58～788.42mg/kg。结论:粉防己碱具有中等度毒性,在基础研究和临床应用中应注意控制其用药剂量。

Study on acute toxicity of tetrandrine in male SD rats by intragastric administration

Objective To evaluate the acute toxicity of tetrandrine in male sprague-dawley rats by intragastric adiministration.Methods Tetrandrine was prepared at different concentrations by doubling dilution.The SD rats were divided into different groups randomly and were intragastric adiministrated with different doses of tetrandrine respectively.Observed the rats for seven days after the intragastric administration and recorded the acute toxicity of them.The median lethal dose (LD50) was calculated by bliss′s possibility unit method.Results The LD50 of tetrandrine in given experimental conditions was 646 mg/kg and the 95% confidence limit was 504.58 ～ 788.42 mg/kg.Conclusion Tetrandrine has quite toxicicy and the dose should be carefully controlled both in basic and clinical studies.
