| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对心血管疾病患者健康行为方式、治疗效果的影响。方法选取28例心血管疾病的患者为观察组,实施护理干预,以同期患者30例为对照组。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组在吸烟、合理饮食、体育锻炼、按时服药等行为方式方面有明显的改善,干预前后患者的情绪、体质量和睡眠等疗效指标方面也有明显的好转。观察组出院后各项指标和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论护理干预对心血管疾病患者的治疗及其康复效果有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the health behavior of patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods 28 patients with cardiovascular disease as the observation group were executed nursing intervention,and 30 patients over the same period as the control group.Nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results Behavior patterns of observation group such as smoking,proper diet,exercise,medication were significantly improved after intervention,other items such as the mood,body weight and sleep were also improved significantly.The difference of observation items after discharge between two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion The nursing intervention on the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular disease showed a positive effect. |
