| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年慢性肺心病的病因及防治措施.方法 对我院2004年7月-2011年1月收治的65例老年慢性肺心病的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组65例老年慢性肺心病患者治愈56例,死亡9例.结论 老年慢性肺心病是一种多发病、常见病,积极治疗原发病,给予合理的营养支持治疗,是减少患病率和病死率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cause and prevention and treatment measures of elderly patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 65 elder chronic cardiopulmonary disease cases in our hospital from July 2007 to January 2011 was made.Results Of 65 elder chronic cardiopulmonary disease cases,56 cases were cured and 9 cases died.Conclusion Elder chronic cardiopulmonary disease is common and frequently-occurring.Positive treatment of primary diseases and sensible nutrition aided are the keys of reducing sickness and death rates. |
