| 摘 要： | 目的研究阿托伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法将124例慢性心力衰竭随机分为阿托伐他汀组及对照组,两组患者均给予慢性心力衰竭的标准治疗,阿托伐他汀组在标准治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀20mg/d。观察两组心功能及心律失常的变化等。结果治疗后两组患者LVEF、6-MWD、心房纤颤转复率、室性心动过速消除率、病死率比较,差异均有统计学意义。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能及心律失常有较好的治疗作用,可用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗。
