摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)二维三维重建技术在探测骨关节骨折中的应用价值。方法对80例骨关节骨折患者行MSCT容积扫描后薄层重建,将薄层重建导入Syngo系统工作站行二维(MPR)三维(MIP、SVR)重建。结果二维(MPR)重建图像清晰地显示了骨关节骨折的部位、细微结构、关节腔内骨折碎片情况;三维(MIP、SVR)重建可立体直观地显示骨折的移位程度、关节脱位及关节腔内碎骨片。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)二维三维重建技术综合运用对各部位骨折、关节脱位的显示效果良好,能为临床制定手术方案提供可靠依据。
