健康教育对社区居民健康知识知晓率及健康行为形成率的影响

目的在社区范围内开展健康教育干预,为山前社区慢性病综合防治提供依据。方法使用山前卫生服务中心编制的居民健康卫生知识及健康行为调查表,对山前社区居民随机抽样基线调查,然后通过1年的健康教育干预,评估社区居民的健康知识及健康行为率的提高水平,并进行统计分析。结果通过健康教育等社区综合干预手段能够显著的提高社区居民的健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率。健康知识知晓率从干预前59.4%提高到84.4%。结论以健康教育干预为主的社区综合干预手段能够显著提高居民的健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率。

Health Education on Community Health Awareness and Knowledge of the Rate of Health Behaviors

Objective A community-wide health education intervention for the piedmont community provide the basis for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.Methods Piedmont health services center on the residents health and hygiene knowledge and health behavior questionnaire,random sample of piedmont baseline survey of community residents,and health education through the year to assess the health knowledge of community residents and the rate of health behavior improve the level and rate of statistical analysis.Results Integrated community through health education intervention can significantly improve the health knowledge of community awareness and health behavior formation rate.Health knowledge awareness increased from 59.4% before intervention to 84.4%.Conclusion The health education intervention based community residents can significantly improve the health knowledge,awareness and health behavior formation rate.
