| 摘 要： | 目的总结严重多发伤患者急诊急救的经验。方法对我中心2008年1月—2010年7月急诊急救严重多发伤患者86例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈78例,死亡8例。结论严重多发伤病情复杂而危急,应尽快明确诊断,迅速、果断、正确处理,是提高抢救成功率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of emergency treatment of severe multiple trauma.Methods We analyzed the diagnosis of the 86 cases of severe multiple trauma which we have treated from 2008 to 2010 retrospectively.Results 78 patients were cured,and 8 patient died.Conclusion Severe multiple trauma is in critical and complex condition,early diagnosis and rapid and suitable treatment is important to the success of rescue. |
