动态血压监测评价联用松龄血脉康胶囊治疗对卒中后患者的降压作用研究

目的应用动态血压监测评价合用松龄血脉康对卒中后患者高血压的降压效果。方法选择脑卒中伴有高血压患者48例,随机分为西药治疗组和联合松龄血脉康组,西药治疗组服用玄宁2.5mg/d、缬克80mg/d,联合松龄血脉康组在上述药物基础上,加用松龄血脉康3粒/次,3次/d,疗程8~9周,观察两组的症状和降压疗效,治疗前后采用24h动态血压监测（ABMP）。结果联合松龄血脉康组降压效果、症状改善优于西药治疗组。西药治疗组治疗前后血压差异有显著性,联合松龄血脉康组治疗前后血压差异有非常显著性,治疗后组间比较,差异也有显著性。结论加用松龄血脉康较单纯服用玄宁、缬克能更有效平稳地控制卒中后患者的高血压,具有更好的改善卒中后患者的躯体和主观症状。

Antihypertensive Effect of Valsartan and Levamlodipine Besylate Combinated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Songlingxuemaikang Therapying Patients after Stroke Evaluated by Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

Objective To evauate the antihypertensive effect of valsartan and levamlodipine besylate combinated with traditional chinese medicine songlingxuemaikang by 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with stroke.Methods 48 stroke patients with hypertension were enrolled and randomly divided into two west medicine treatment and west medicine combined with traditional chinese medicine treatment groups.The group of 24 patients treated with west medicine were received valsartan(80mg,po,qd) and levamlodipine besylate(2.5mg,po,qd),the other group were received valsartan(80mg,po,qd) and levamlodipine besylate(2.5mg,po,qd) and added traditional chinese medicine songlingxuemaikang(1.5g,po,tid) for 8-9 weeks.the curative effects and symptoms of all patients were observed by taken 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after treatment respectively.Results The statistics showed there were significant difference of the mean blood pressure before and after treatment in both groups respectively,the difference was more significant in the group of combined with traditional chinese medicine songlingxuemaikang than the one of west medicine only.Conclusion West medicine combined with traditional chinese medicine treatment songlingxuemaikang can provide more effective and stable antihypertensive effect than west medicine only to patients with hypertension after stroke as well as ease their accompanied uwell symptoms.
