介入治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤（附26例报告）

目的：探讨肝脏海绵状血管瘤的介入治疗方法与临床疗效。材料与方法：治疗肝海绵状血管瘤26例，经导管肝动脉内注入平阳霉素（8～16mg）和超液化碘油混合乳剂（5—30m1），后用适量明胶海栓塞肿瘤周围小血管和供血动脉，观察其栓塞前后肿瘤大小变化、临床症状的缓解和并发症发生情况。结果：所有病例肝动脉造影均显示典型的肝海绵状瘤血管造影征象：“爆米花样染色”、“早出晚归”的异常血管湖样改变，所有病例均成功实施了栓塞治疗，栓塞后肿瘤血供中断，肿瘤直径明显缩小，临床症状减轻或消失，无严重并发症发生。结论：采用超液化碘油与平阳霉素乳剂加适量明胶海绵栓塞是治疗肝海绵状血管瘤的一种有效方法。

Interventional Treatment of Hepatic Cavernous Hemangioma(A Report of 26 Cases)
