免疫学实验教学改革初探

摘    要:目的为尽可能使实验教学与临床应用接轨,对医学检验专业免疫学实验教学进行初步改革尝试。方法建立由先抓基础性实验再开设综合性实验,再进行提高性实验,最后选择临床目前较为先进的技术进行实验教学。结果缩小了实验教学与临床应用的距离。结论“三步法”实验教学方法可显著增强医学免疫学的实验教学效果,能帮助学生快速掌握免疫学实验技能,较具有推广应用价值。因此,实验教学改革势在必行。

Abstract:Objective To reform and develop the current immunology experiment teaching system in medical laboratory specialty and make the experimental teaching adapt to the clinical practice.Methods The systemized experimental train plan,first fundamental experiment,then comprehensive experiment,then improved experiment,and finally the Experiments with more advanced techniques,was formatted and performed.Results The reformation strengthened the relationship between experimental teaching and clinical practice.Conclusions The 3-step method can improve the effect of experiment teaching and enhance the experimental technique of students,and is worthy to be popularized in immunology experimental teaching.
